For the silent sufferers with no names
With the cold wave of sub-zero temperatures sweeping across Europe, scores of people with no homes are left the merciless onslaughts of the extreme winds. Many will die alone and in silence.
These are the individuals who have been forgotten by their relatives, by society and by the best of charitable organisations. Sometimes, there are so many of such people that it is impossible to look after each and every single one of them.
To these people who are about to die and who are dying out there in the cold, we offer our prayers. That their entry into the next life will mark the end of their earthly suffering and pain.
To each and everyone of these lives, our compassion and prayers must touch and redeem in ways unknown to human laws and human knowledge, for the mercy and love of even one individual will smoothen the passage of many. The kind of love that is common currency in the realm of the divine.

Kind thoughts for families of mine tragedy
For families of the 12 miners who died at Sago Mine in West Virginia. May the pain and sorrow be lessened by the positive thoughts and prayers of those of us who share their losses and they are constantly in our thoughts.

Praying for Pakistan quake victims in winter time
The thousands of quake victims living on the mountains of Pakistan are now experiencing winter. We pray for their safety and comfort under extremely harsh conditions.
May our prayers and concern be like blankets on cold nights. We think most of those little children who have become orphans as a result of the natural disaster. May they find their way to safety under the warm light of our prayers from around the world.
