For the tornado victims of Kansas and Arkansas

Americans in the Mid-West and in the South are currently being battered by the merciless swirling winds from tornadoes.

So far, the relentless natural phenomenon has claimed nine lives. We pray for the safety of all the others who have walked away or rather stayed away from harm's way.

May the Almighty grant them the protection that these people sorely need in their hour of desperation.

Keeping a close watch Darfur

As the world turns on a 24-hour basis and all of us get on with our lives, there are hundreds of thousands of Sudanese waking up to face the horror of uncertainties everyday.

We pray for these unfortunate souls. In our prayers, we remember them and spiritually stand in their corner. We know in our hearts that as long as we keep them in our prayers, their burdens and weight of their woes will be alleviated.

Sparing a thought for those in the path of Hurricane John

Hurricane John is fickle. He wreaks havoc in certain countries and brings woe to all those who stand in his path.

Remembering the victims with compassion, concern and prayers.
