Word has been received that the Taliban may be in the process of releasing the remaining 19 South Korean hostages held in Afghanistan.

We pray for their continued safety and will be freed soon to be reunited with their anxious families back home.

More than 70,000 homes have been rendered without electricity after Typhoon Sepat slammed into Taiwan yesterday.

Prayers for those who are now picking up the pieces left behind that terrible wind.

 

Positive thoughts for those in the path of Hurricane Dean

Hurricane Dean is currently creating a path of destruction in the Carribean.

Many those who are in the harm's way be protected and suffer negligible losses.

 

For earthquake victims in Peru

The aftermath of the Peru quake has revealed that at least 500 people have been killed in the natural disaster.

Thousands have been injured and countless more are suffering as a direct result of those who have perished in landslides and collapse of buildings. We pray for all those who have been killed, injured or suffered in any way as a result of the 8.0 quake.

For those trapped at the Crandon Canyon mine

Praying for the six men trapped in the Crandon canyon mine. May they all be rescued soon and be reunited with their worried families.

It has been about three days since the men were last heard from. Their suffering and pain are of concern to all around the world.

We pray for their continued safety and rapid recovery from the mine.
