Need Prayers

Terror has struck again with its callused hands. This time, it claimed at least 43 victims in an explosion that shook large parts of Islamabad, Pakistan.

Before it all ends, there will be more innocent victims. We pray for those who have lost their lives due to others' misguided political beliefs.

May all this madness come to an end.

The hurricane that struck Cuba recently has left a long trail of destruction.
The lives of many of the hurricane victims will never be the same again.

Those of us who are fortunate enough to be living on the other side of the globe where the winds are very much less ferocious say many a prayer for our Cuban brothers and sisters in their time of sorrow and need.

We remember them everyday and hope their pain will lessen quickly with time as a great healer of sorrows and misery.

The path of destruction is clear. The final toll has yet to be counted, and Ike has already left quite an impression.

We pray for the forgotten people in those remote areas. May they move to safe ground and be out of harm's way.

Cuba has been battered by Ike. Those who have felt its powerful punch have our prayers.

May those residents living in the southern part of US be kept from harm's way when Ike shows up.
