Thinking of the forgotten members of the feminine gender

In some parts of the world, women are treated like second class citizens. Baby infants who are female are frowned upon and mothers are driven to tears by society's non-acceptance of female babies.
Women in these parts are brought up to believe that they are no better than some livestock like buffaloes. They are made to do hard labour and be confined to the kitchen or cleaner's duties for the rest of their lives.
Men in these regions treat their women like commodities. And sadly, women accept their plight as if it is their shame to bear.
Our prayers for these forgotten millions who are born to suffer and be humiliated. These are the mothers of our children and we shall accord them with all the respect they deserve.
